The registration fee includes 200 EUR catering fee that will be represented on the invoice as intermediary service.The in-person registration fee for delegates includes
- Admission to all the scientific sessions, including poster sessions
- Conference materials
- Coffee breaks and lunches
- Social event
The remote registration fee for delegates include
- Online access to all the scientific sessions, including poster sessions
- Online social networking opportunity
For each accepted paper, at least one of the authors is required to be registered and paid with In-person or any Remote presenter registration fee till July 15.
Regular (or ISCA member regular) registration can cover up to 2 papers and
Regular student (or ISCA member student) up to 1 paper.
The registration to SSW11 can be done via online registration system with online payment with credit card (VISA, Mastercard and Maestro) or wire transfer.

Within four days after your registration invoice will be sent to you by e-mail. In case this message not arrives (please check your spam folder too) in this period please notify the conference secretariat email@example.com
In case you change the status of your registration before August 16, 2021 from in-person to remote, 10 EUR administration fee will be invoiced to you to cover the repayment cost.
Changing of the registration status from remote to in-person is free of charge.
After August 16, 2021 there is no possibility to change the status of the registration.
Invitation letter can be issued only after the registration fee has been received.
